What does nutrition coaching include?

Our nutrition system follows a whole foods approach that is evidence, habit-based and flexible. You’ll learn to eat for performance, manage cravings, and fuel your day without restriction or guilt.

Do I have to track calories forever?

No. We use macro tracking short-term to build awareness, then transition you toward intuitive eating for lifelong success.

Can I do this if I’m vegan, vegetarian, or have food sensitivities?

How much time do I need to train?

You’ll train 3–5 times per week, 60 minutes per session or more depending on what you want to commit to. Our progressive programs emphasize efficient training that fits your lifestyle — not marathon sessions.

Can I train while traveling or at home?

Yes. We include hotel-friendly and bodyweight versions of your workouts, plus guides for maintaining nutrition on the road.

Do I need supplements?

No supplements are required. We focus on nutrient-dense food first. If needed, we can provide tailored suggestions based on where you’re at currently, and what your goals are. We base our recommendations on research — not marketing.

How do check-ins and accountability work?

How long should I stay in the program?

We recommend a minimum of 12 weeks. Most clients continue 6–12 months for sustainable transformation and ongoing support.
